Mexican cuisine is rightly considered to be one of the famous all over the world. The range of dishes and flavors is quite astonishing and one doesn´t have to be an expert to be able to make some of the most delicious dishes at home.
The first class includes a visit to a typical grocery store in Playa so that students can learn the names of all basic ingredients. The cooking classes themselves start by demonstrating some of the basics of Mexican cooking such as guacamole, fajitas, pico de gallo (tex-mex sauce), quesadillas, etc. And then students move on to more specialized dishes such as mole, pozole, pipian, tamales and adobo.
The students also learn to how to make a delicious flan de cajeta and other typical Mexican desserts.                     All the ingredients are included in the course fee and students can also consume everything that's been produced once the class is over.
Starting  dates:
Cooking classes start every 2 weeks the day following the start dates of the intensive group courses for beginners.
